According to a report worked out by the organization, Bulgaria used to deliver arms to Columbian paramilitary groups.
27% of the arms used by these groups, which are part of the United Self-Defense Forces of Colombia, used to be supplied from the European Union.
Bulgaria is ranked first in the chart (18.5%), followed by Belgium (7.23%), Vecer comments.
