Vietnam: Deputy PM says human trafficking is on the rise

Deputy Prime Minister Truong Vinh Trong said yesterday that efforts from all parts of society were needed to combat crimes related to the trafficking of women and children.

The call follows concerns that the trafficking of women and children is on the rise in Viet Nam and that the illegal trade is becoming more sophisticated.
