According to the authorities of the south-eastern Sistan-Baluchistan province, the United States are behind the attack on the Iranian mosque in Zahedan in which 23 persons were killed. ''The ones responsible for this terrorist attack have been recruited by America'' said Jalal Sayyah, a high government official of Baluchistan, adding that security forces have carried out three arrests.
