Tell us how do you read into the implications of the Dubai debt scare? Was it clearly over-exaggerated on street or you feel it could have had an effect?

No, I think well by and large, probably the panic is over after United Arab Emirates have said that they will really kind of make sure the banking system is, you know, for the banks who owe so much money, that the windows were open, so I think the scare is over. I think what it does do though is remind us all that we may be getting complacent recently that the risk was really abated, it is like still risk out there and the more that you borrow, at some point you are going to have to pay and I think that has implications when we look at what's happening in the US and the UK and countries in Europe, which are heavily indebted where the deficits are huge.
